Two weeks notice is required for all regular room cancellations.

A cancellation fee of $25.00 will be charged.

If less than two weeks cancellation notice is given, the effective cancellation fee shall be the room deposit. It will be up to the managers discretion to return the room deposit, minus a $25.00 cancellation fee, if he is able to re-rent the room.

"No Shows" will be charged for the entire reserved stay.

Deposits & Payments:
- A deposit will be required for all reservations.
- We accept checks, VISA, & Master Card.
- A deposit amount will be quoted when you make your reservation.
- Balances are due upon check-in.
